So I just recently purchased a domain through godaddy.com to link to my squarespace account. I followed the video as well as the written instructions, and what happens is that my domain won't link even after the 48 hours.
I currently receive this when I type in sportsathleticadvancement.com
ERROR 504: Gateway Timeout RequestURI=http://sportsathleticadvancement.com/
This happens when I log in from different computers as well (fiber optic connection as well as a T1 at my neighbors)
So my question is: 1.) Is there something that I'm missing on my domain? 2.) Once this is fixed, will the ".sqsp.com or .squarespace.com" text go away from the current page that I have? 3.) is this occurring because I pay month to month?
