Transparent navigation background on all pages (Momentum)

I'm using the Momentum template. I've set the navigation background to Transparent, but on the home page (gallery) and Index (gallery), the navigation background is still white. The navigation background is transparent on all other (non-gallery) pages.

Does anyone know how to enforce a transparent navigation background on all pages?
