How do I create a "next"/"previous" button

Hello, all!

I'm organizing my portfolio here and would like to create two (left: previous/ right: next) navigation buttons to go from one page to another in my collection named "Work".

Here's an example (the two "dots") of what I mean:

Oh! And how can I manage to, eventually, have the name of the next/prev project instead of the dots?
