Title Under Image Height & Cropping on Marquee Template

Hi,

I've been trying to get thumbnails to have a bigger height on Marquee for some time now. The question appears to have been answered (http://answers.squarespace.com/questions/19625/how-can-i-control-the-thumbnail-image-height-on-a-regular-page-in-marquee) for pages that use the page & description title on top of the image; however, I use them at the bottom.

The solution works only if you have the page title & description set to be "over image". For my site, I have it "under image" so it doesn't seem to work.

Any solution for that?

Also, how can I prevent Squarespace from cropping my images in that thumbnail? Very annoying to have my images pixelate.
