Convert a "test" order to a real order

Hi -

We developed a new site and put the e-commerce in "test" mode. A customer placed a "real" order, and we would like to fulfill this order and charge the credit card. We are ready to move the site out of "test" mode. Is there a way to convert this "test" order to a real order without asking the customer to repeat her order?
