Aviator navigation

I am trying to create a website with the Aviator template similar to the one shown on your site called PORTER.

I have a trade show exhibit company and I need to set up a menu/nav as follows:

PRODUCTS (menu link)

In-line units (pull down)
   10x10 (will show approximately 10 images in a grid layout, each with a link to a product PDF)
   10x20 (will show approximately 10 images in a grid layout, each with a link to a product PDF)
   10x30 (will show approximately 10 images in a grid layout, each with a link to a product PDF)

Island displays (pull down)
   20x20 (will show approximately 10 images in a grid layout, each with a link to a product PDF)
   20x30 (will show approximately 10 images in a grid layout, each with a link to a product PDF)
   20x50 (will show approximately 10 images in a grid layout, each with a link to a product PDF)

...and so on

I am not sure whether these are gallery, product, category or folder pages
