Mobile Background Image Doesn't Appear

Hi guys,

I am using the Aviator template, but for some reason the mobile site isn't displaying the background image that the site is.

Site: www.2stinkyfish.org

Background image shows on the subsequent pages of the mobile site, but I'm not sure where to enable the background image for the mobile site. In the style settings I clicked the box that said "mobile background image" but still nothing.

Any help?
