I'm a CSS/HTML novice so please excuse any terminology errors.
Reason for question:
I'm currently using NATIVE but over the past three months, have customized Amelie, Takk, Boutique and recently, Five. And though all these templates meet my aesthetic and content management needs, NATIVE comes out on top because of its unique features.
That said, I'd like to tweak the typography to enhance the contrast between plain text and active links yet retain the shades of grey to nearly black colour scheme. For example, I'd like to create a bottom border for the post title and body links (e.g., light grey, 1 px - similar to the styling in the sidebar on this Answers page.) I use this on my v. 5 site and believe it enhances readability, especially when one is using #333333 for links and the surrounding plain text is medium grey. Or am I obsessing too much about readability? ;-)
Even though I'm in the process of learning CSS and HTML to do this myself by injecting Custom CSS, I'd appreciate knowing if this feature is being considered or coming.
