Hi, I spent about 80 hours working on a page on my website. It was 99% complete when the squarespace site started slowing, glitching - pages were loading very slowly, etc... it was just squarespace, the rest of the web worked fine.
Then all of a sudden all my content was gone- the page remained, but the entire picture gallery was gone. I never deleted any files so I was stunned.
I contacted Squarespace support which tells me they will not recover the files. I've received advice like checking deleted collections- which is not relevant- and an apology for any inconvenience, but that's it.
Does anyone have any idea what I could do in this situation? I lost 80 hours of work.
