I closed my Squarespace account today, and after doing so I wanted to use my domain on another website.. grear.virb.com. But I could figure out how to get my doiman. I tried advanced domain settings and signed in with the info they emailed me, but it said my domain was locked. Then I tried contacting Squarespace support and they never responded.. Pls help
