How do I synchronize old Blogger tags with new Squarespace ones?

I imported my old blog posts from Blogger with very few problems, so thanks for making that easy! One thing I'm struggling with though is getting my old tags (it's a recipe blog) to match up with new ones. Any advice? Thanks.
