I just wanted to post this here because I wish there was a better process that Squarespace Support would follow for when someone asks to re-open a shut down or expired website for the purposes of referring to content or code, or something else.
It always seems to take 2 support agents to just open an Expired site back up, with the entire day passing before someone gets back to me.
Can you guys please consider creating some sort of process so you can help Designers & Developers gain access to expired sites faster?
Here are common reasons why I would need to regain access:
• Developer Websites, which start out as "Sandbox" infinite trials, do not revert back into trials, and simply expire out. (I think they should revert back into sandbox accounts).
• Problems with Squarespace V5 Imports that are not found for months. This has happened to me 3 times now and I thought I checked over everything.
• Referring to a design, or getting access to code.
